Metier Management offers regular (weekly or monthly) property checks - particularly useful if your property is going to be empty for any length of time, as well as being an emergency key holder. We can also carry out safety and security checks of your property including windows, doors, alarm batteries, heat/smoke detectors, fire extinguishers and carbon monoxide alarms.
Emergency Response
Contactable 24/7, we can respond to your property if your alarm goes off or there is an unexpected water leak!
Regular Visits
If your property will be empty for any length of time, let us keep an eye on it, including the running of taps regularly to prevent Legionella disease - a bacteria found in standing water.

Let us check the safety and security of your windows, doors, alarm batteries. Ensure your home is protected.
Fire Safety
As a Fire Fighter, Phil can provide advice on fire extinguishers, smoke/heat detectors and carbon monoxide alarms. Supply and fitment also available.

Initial Property Inspection £60 to visit your property, identify location of water stop cocks, smoke detectors, carbon monoxide alarms, fuse boards etc., and agree your requirements. This full property check includes time on site (approx. 1 hour) followed by 1 hour writing up report and summary of property.

Callout Charges of £60 (6am-10pm) or £90 (10pm-6am) which includes up to 1 hour of work, then hourly charge after that of £30 per hour.
